A PayPal account is required sometimes in order to make a donation on Livingtree Give. This is because of the new policy changes with PayPal usage. Now, not all donors will have the option to pay via PayPal guest checkout, which means that those donors were to create a PayPal account to donate, in case they don't have one already. For more information on the PayPal Guest Checkout, Click here!

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX)

  • Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Stripe (Not available to districts who opted to use PayPal checkout)

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (Only available to districts who opted to use Stripe checkout)

To make a payment to a campaign, follow the steps:

On any Livingtree Give online fundraising campaign:

  1. Click the "Give Now" button (see screenshot below) OR any of the donation-level buttons.

  2. After entering your donation amount, personal information (name, address, etc) donate "on behalf of" options, note, etc you will see a yellow "PayPal Checkout" button at the bottom of the page (see screenshot below) along with icons below indicating the types of credit cards accepted.  The credit card icons are not clickable.

Click the YELLOW "PayPal Checkout" button.

A popup window will now appear.  At the bottom of the popup is a "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" button.  Clicking this button will allow you to further enter your pay with the other options mentioned above.

Lastly, proceed to enter your credit card information by following the prompts.
