Regarding donations/payments made to a Livingtree Give campaign, you:
Realize that you have inadvertently made a donation that you did not mean to make.
Have erroneously donated an incorrect amount and need to correct the amount.
Paid multiple times by mistake creating duplicate payments.
Kindly note, the payment will be collected to the district's PayPal or Stripe account. (School districts have either PayPal or Stripe as their payment checkout).
In any case, we suggest you contact Livingtree Support immediately by clicking on the chat icon or just writing to us at support@livingtree.com.
You may also need to contact the district directly, but let our support team examine the situation first and they will suggest what needs to be done next.
