The leadership within your district has partnered with Livingtree to bring its fundraising solution to you and others within your district.

Although your district leadership (specifically those helping to coordinate the Livingtree platform for your district) have received high-level demonstrations of the platform, they typically are not experienced enough to effectively answer your questions or help you use your account.


โ€‹Therefore, unless expressly directed by your district, you should always contact the Livingtree Support team whenever you need help using or have questions about your Livingtree Give account.

The members of our support team are highly experienced with the platform and are the best people to work with to help you quickly resolve any issues or answer questions regarding your account.

To bring the highest level of service to its users, the Livingtree Support team continuously measures and improves a) how quickly they can respond to any issues that district users might have, and b) how quickly they can resolve them.
