As part of the approval process, all fundraisers are sent to the bookkeeper to ensure the proper accounting code is entered. Accounting codes are determined by the school or district.
1. Log in to Destiny Fundraising Manager as a Bookkeeper.
2. Next to the fundraiser you want, in the Accounting Code field, enter the desired account code.
3. Click Save. A pop-up appears.
4. Click OK. The fundraiser automatically moves to the School Admin for approval.
5. Repeat for all remaining fundraisers.
