Destiny Fundraising Manager tracks transactions in real time. You can customize reports to get the information you need.
The data you see depends on your account access. District Admin have access to all data district-wide.
In the header, click Reports. The Reporting page appears.
You can:
Customize your report by clicking Edit Columns, and selecting the checkboxes next to the information you want included. You can choose Payment Date, Email, Gross Amount, Fee Amount, Net Amount, Payment Type, Fundraising Type, Payment Status, Txn (Transaction) Reference Id, Customer First Name, Customer Last Name, Behalf Of, Transaction Items, Sales Tax, Fees On Top, and/or Attachments.
Use the filters to limit campaigns shown by Date & Time, Customer, Status, Payment Method, or Fundraiser Type.
Export an Excel file by clicking Export Excel.
