If you have not uploaded an image to your campaign within 'Step- 2' of campaign creation, the system will display a 'Liv' thumbnail by default.
To upload an image to your campaign, click the button in the screenshot below (Note: the system will not allow the image to upload if the file is corrupted):
Image File Format: jpg or png
Image Size: < 3 MB
Image Dimensions: 800px (width) x 480px (height)
