How to setup your Stripe account to start receiving payments

  1. Login to your Livingtree Give account and select settings from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your homepage. and

  2. Go to "Manage Stripe payments' from the top panel as shown below. Click on "Onboard". It will take you to the Stripe Setup page.

  3. Enter your phone number and email address in the space and click continue.

  4. Once your press continues, the system will detect that you already have a Stripe Payments account but it needs to be "Activated" to start receiving payments.

  5. Once logged in, you will be taken to the account homepage and dashboard. Click on "Continue Activating" to finish your profile to activate payments.

  6. Enter your personal details like name, email address, date of birth, etc and click continue.

  7. Enter details about your business like industry type, business type, payment collection methods, etc.

  8. Add other public users' help details about your business and click continue.

  9. In the next step, kindly add your bank account details to receive payouts.

  10. Finally, opt for better security for your account. You can add methods like SMS, and authentication apps to provide multiple layered security to your account.

  11. Lastly, just review all the information entered and make changes where applicable and just save the information.

    You have now connected your Livingtree Give account with the Stripe Payments account and you have successfully updated your Stripe account as per your business needs to start accepting payments.
