You can use Destiny Fundraising Manager to record cash and check donations manually. This allows you to properly track all donations, and include them in reports. Cash and check donations will need to be handled following the school and/or district directions.
1. In the header, select Fundraisers > Campaigns.
2. Under Published, find the campaign you want to add a donation to.
3. Select the gear icon > Add Backer.
The Add Manual Donation pop-up appears.
4. Fill in the donor’s First Name, Last Name, Email, and donation Amount.
Note: If your campaign has custom Donation Amounts listed, they will show for donors to select.
5. If the donor is making this donation “On Behalf of” someone, select the checkbox, then enter the Behalf of First Name and Behalf of Last Name.
6. If the donor wants to stay anonymous, select the checkbox.
Note: This donation will appear as Anonymous on the Donors list on the Public Page.
7. Click Save.
