If there is an error, a donation can be refunded. When a refund has been processed, the Destiny Fundraising Manager records it under Reports.
1. In the header, click Reports.
2. On the filters, click Status filter.
3. In the drop-down, select Refunded / Partial Refund.
4. Click Apply.
